Carlos Narvaez

Lead Trainer, Owner

I have dedicated my undergraduate and graduate education, as well as over a decade of hands-on experience, to helping people of all ages and abilities realize their strength, mobility, and overall fitness goals. As the founder and head trainer at Precision Strength Training, I take a highly individualized approach, combining evidence-based training methods with hands-on coaching to help clients move, feel, and perform at their best. Seeing my clients grow in confidence, ability, and resilience fuels my passion for this work every day.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with an emphasis on Physiology of Fitness and Health) from San Francisco State University, I spent four years training under a former Division 1 athletic trainer at a private studio. This experience exposed me to a diverse clientele, from competitive athletes to individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. It deepened my ability to adapt training programs to a wide range of needs, including strength development, injury rehabilitation, and functional movement training.

I later expanded my expertise by providing private and in-home training, as well as developing and leading a popular High-Intensity Circuit Training program at two group fitness gyms. To further refine my knowledge and approach, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science and became a Certified Massage Therapist, equipping me with a well-rounded perspective on movement, recovery, and performance optimization.

At Precision Strength Training, I integrate all of these experiences to offer personalized strength and conditioning programs, along with integrative massage therapy to aid in recovery and longevity. Whether you're an athlete looking to enhance performance, someone working through physical limitations, or simply striving to move better and feel stronger, I’m committed to helping you achieve lasting results.
