A Thoughtful Start
Every client at Precision Strength Training begins with a conversation. No two bodies are the same, and no two paths forward should be either. This process helps ensure that your training is built around you — not a generic template.
Complimentary Consultation
Before we begin working together, you’ll be invited to a complimentary consultation — either in person or over the phone. This isn’t just about logistics; it’s about understanding your story. We’ll discuss your goals, movement history, injury background, current pain or discomfort, and what’s motivating you to train right now.
Whether you're navigating old injuries, managing chronic pain, or simply haven’t felt strong or confident in a while, this conversation helps us build a clear picture of where you are — and where you want to go. Based on that, I’ll design a tailored session that’s focused, appropriate, and aligned with your body’s capabilities.
Your First Session
When you arrive for your first session, we’ll spend a few minutes checking in to confirm any new details — then get to work. Every movement will have intention behind it, and the circuit-style session will reflect both your goals and your body’s current needs.
This is where the plan becomes action — built on trust, not pressure.
If You’re Dealing With Injuries
Many of my clients begin training with past or ongoing injuries — joint replacements, chronic back or knee pain, or imbalances from years of sitting or high-impact sports.
