  • Our semi-private group training offers the benefits of personalized coaching in a motivating small-group setting. With 2-3 individuals, each session provides individualized attention, ensuring you still receive the guidance, form correction, and tailored adjustments typically found in one-on-one sessions. Groups are carefully selected so that all members share similar fitness levels and goals, allowing for smooth, efficient sessions without delays. This format combines community support with the precision of customized training, making it an ideal choice for friends or those seeking an interactive and results-driven workout environment.

  • At Precision Strength Training, our integrative massage therapy combines various techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Swedish, and manual therapy, to support your unique recovery and wellness journey. Each session is crafted to release muscle tension, reduce stress, and improve circulation, resulting in an overall sense of balance and relief. The choice of techniques is tailored based on individual needs and the body’s current condition, ensuring that every session maximizes relaxation and therapeutic benefits.

    To maintain comfort and privacy, traditional draping techniques are practiced. This means that while clients are undressed under a professional drape, only the specific area being worked on is uncovered. This thoughtful approach ensures an environment where you can fully relax and focus on your healing and rejuvenation, knowing your comfort is always respected.

Your First Session

Before your first session at Precision Strength Training, we’ll have an in-depth conversation to understand your goals and background. This complimentary discussion—held either in person or over the phone—dives into your "why": the reasons motivating you to train. We’ll talk about any past or ongoing injuries, your physical activity history, areas of pain or discomfort, and your current movement capabilities. This conversation helps us gain a holistic understanding of your needs and goals, allowing us to create a highly tailored training plan and ensuring that your first session is fully focused on working out.

When you arrive for your first session, we’ll take a few minutes to recap what we discussed and address any new details. Based on our conversation, I’ll develop a personalized circuit training routine aligned with your body’s needs and your fitness goals.

Circuit Training Format

I use a circuit training approach to maximize both efficiency and effectiveness. In your customized circuit, you’ll perform one exercise—such as an upper body movement—followed by a different exercise, like a lower body movement. This sequence is performed back-to-back for 2-3 rounds, keeping the pace steady and allowing for a high level of work within the 55 minutes we have to train. This approach is ideal for people with limited time but still wanting to achieve maximum results. By alternating muscle groups and movement patterns, circuit training may help build strength, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance, although other factors can play a role in your progress.

Each workout aims to include a range of exercises focused on key foundational movements, such as horizontal pushing and pulling, squatting, lunging, hinging, and vertical pressing and pulling. Because of the time limitations, we may not get to every planned exercise, but we ensure that we hit the major muscle groups to build balanced strength and mobility. The circuit structure also keeps the workout engaging and dynamic. With this approach, you’ll experience a well-rounded workout that challenges your body in multiple ways, supporting steady progress toward your goals.

Expect hands-on guidance throughout, with an emphasis on correct form, effective technique, and a safe, steady progression. Every movement in your session is crafted to support your journey and bring you closer to achieving your fitness aspirations.
